This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and CloudtoCAM ("Company") governing your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
CloudtoCAM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDTOCAM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ERROR-FREE OPERATION, CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, OR CORRECTNESS OF MACHINE INSTRUCTIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDTOCAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, OR PERSONAL INJURY. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
The Service may interface with industrial machinery. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE that improper use may result in equipment damage or injury, that you must independently validate all outputs, and that you are responsible for machine safety, calibration, and operation.
You retain ownership of your data. We may process data to provide and improve the Service and maintain security. Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may modify or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or update the Service without notice.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement or use the Service unlawfully. Your license ends immediately upon termination.
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws, including those of Australia, the United States, and other jurisdictions.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Mandatory local consumer laws may also apply.
The Service may be accessed globally. You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
We are not liable for failure due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, network failures, or government actions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CloudtoCAM.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement.

CloudtoCAM is a cloud-based manufacturing workflow platform enabling users to manage fabrication jobs and transmit production instructions to industrial equipment including laser, plasma, and coil line systems.
You are responsible for maintaining account security, all activity under your account, and ensuring authorised access to machinery connected to the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, interfere with system integrity or security, reverse engineer or exploit the platform, or send unsafe or unverified machine instructions.
The Service interacts with manufacturing systems. Outputs must be independently verified. Improper use may cause equipment damage, injury, or loss. You are solely responsible for machine operation and safety compliance.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of outputs, continuous availability, error-free operation, or machine execution correctness.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, data, production, equipment damage, or indirect/consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated, security risks are detected, or illegal activity is suspected.
Primary jurisdiction: Victoria, Australia. Subject to mandatory local consumer laws.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
CloudtoCAM respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data.
We use data to operate the Service, improve performance, provide support, and ensure security and prevent abuse.
You retain ownership of all uploaded content and manufacturing data.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS hosting) and legal authorities when required by law.
Data may be processed in countries including Australia and the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect data regardless of location.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access your data, request correction or deletion, and restrict processing.
